Hajim
joined the Sushi Wave team all the way from Osaka, Japan. He is
a great guy and an excellent and thoughtful sushi chef. Hajim
brings a unique flair and talent to Sushi Wave.

Mino
Mino-san
is a truly great sushi chef. He recently joined the Sushi Wave
team from Japan. Not much is known about this knife-slinger -
yet. But one thing is for sure, Mino knows sushi.

So-san
is from Hiroshima, Japan. He is young and friendly, but don't
let his youthful look fool you, So has come up through the ranks
to become an expert part of the Sushi Wave team.

Kouichi
The
most elusive of the Sushi Wave team, Kouichi is always busy. He
can usually be seen preparing the fresh ingredients that make
all of your favorite sushi creations possible.
